GTDS – THE SALES MANAGER
GTDS acts as a “freelance” sales manager on behalf of its customers by offering highly specialized services in which it has competence and experience.
Upon contracting with a company, GTDS studies the capabilities of the new client, and then conducts any or all of the following activities on its behalf:

Development of market studies (identification of potential customers, definition of competitive environment, mapping of the decision-making process, and identification of key players).

Preparation and implementation of marketing plans.
- Provision of advice and guidance relating to Government policies as well as rules and regulations for procurement and contracting.
- Recommendation of in-country representatives or distributors and negotiation of agency contracts.
- Arranging meetings with potential customers as well as promoting products and services, and furthering client business interests.
- Preparation of tailor-made briefing papers and other sales tools.
- Organization of demonstrations of client products, including personal attendance, if required.
- Guidance through product certification/qualification procedures.
- Assistance during Request for Proposal (RFP) review and bid preparation for contracts.
- Assistance during contract negotiations.
- Ongoing support during contract execution until full completion.
The scope of the mandate may vary in accordance with each client’s own resident expertise or limitations.
